Field Sales Executive Location: Midlands Are you a driven sales professional ready to take ownership of your own territory and make a real impact? My client is on a mission to make confectionery fun, exciting, and irresistible! — and we're looking for a passionate Field Sales Executive to help spread the joy. What You'll Do As a Field Sales Executive, you'll be the face of my client's brand in your region — building relationships, driving growth, and ensuring their products shine wherever they appear. You'll: Manage and grow a portfolio of existing accounts, achieving (and exceeding!) sales targets. Build strong relationships with key decision makers through regular on-site visits (with some overnight stays). Secure the best in-store locations for product displays — and make them bigger, bolder, and better! Ensure every display looks irresistible and is always fully stocked. Win new business by identifying and opening quality new accounts in core markets (Farm Shops, Garden Centres, Visitor Attractions) and targeted new markets (Forecourts, Food & Beverage, Travel, Leisure, Retail). Drive growth by taking business from competitors and ensuring customers order regularly. ️ Behind the Scenes You'll also handle key administrative and reporting duties, ensuring everything runs smoothly: Complete customer service tasks and reports to a high standard and within deadlines. Work closely with the customer service team to achieve shared goals. How Success Will Be Measured Non-seasonal and seasonal sales growth in line with company targets.
