About the Role Carleton High School is seeking to appoint a highly motivated and passionate Deputy SENDCO to join our dedicated team. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference to the lives of pupils with special educational needs and disabilities. In this pivotal role, you will take the lead in planning, coordinating and delivering high-quality 1:1 and small-group intervention sessions. You will drive improvements in both educational and life outcomes for our SEND pupils, ensuring they receive the personalised support they need to thrive. Your expertise will also help shape innovative and effective best practice across the school’s SEND provision.
