An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Payroll Assistant with a payroll bureau in central Fife. You will already have gained payroll experience covering payroll processing and compliance procedures including auto enrolment pension, particularly in Sage Payroll.
This is a challenging role and you will deal with preparing clients’ BACS payments for EEs, 3rd Party and HMRC payments.
You will be managing any payroll queries via telephone and email, providing excellent customer service for clients and their EEs.
You will be updating client payroll manuals as required.
You will be diligent and compliant with record keeping and GDPR.
You will process Year End and uploading P60s to EEs’ accounts, process new starts & leavers, issue P45s, process SMP, SSP, SPP and ensure PAE.
You will complete Payroll year end and issue P60s, monitor employees’ holidays, sickness and time keeping.
Reconcile bank accounts, post receipts and allocate to customer accounts
