The ideal candidate will be confident managing work from inception to completion and will thrive in a collaborative, client-focused setting.
Salary - Up to £60k depending upon level of experience
1 day WFH after settled in role, Permanent role, Monday to Friday
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing your own caseload of residential conveyancing transactions including sales, purchases, freehold and leasehold matters.
* Handling all stages of transactions from cradle to grave.
* Dealing with complex matters.
* Liaising effectively with clients, estate agents, lenders, solicitors and other stakeholders to progress matters efficiently and provide outstanding client care.
* Ensuring all Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and professional compliance obligations are adhered to at all times.
* Contributing to team goals and participating in knowledge sharing to uphold technical excellence within the department.
Caseload would operate across:
