Duties

* Handle billing inquiries and assist with payment processing.
* Coordinate communication between patients and healthcare providers to facilitate effective care delivery.
* Perform general office duties, including filing, and maintaining a clean reception area.
Requirements
* Proven experience in an office or administrative role, preferably within a healthcare setting.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
