Administrator / Receptionist - No Exp Required - OX14, Oxford
We are seeking a Receptionist / Administrator based in Oxford, OX14, working Monday to Friday from 8am to 4pm. You will work independently but will have support from colleagues. Your role will involve a variety of administrative and reception duties, making the workday engaging and dynamic.
Responsibilities:
* Provide general administrative support to the Centre and staff as needed.
* Answer all incoming telephone calls promptly and efficiently.
* Welcome visitors to the centre, ensuring their requirements are met and making a positive first impression.
* Maintain a safe and secure environment in accordance with policies.
* Handle incoming and outgoing post as delegated by the Centre Manager.
* Assist with booking workshops, classrooms, and meeting rooms.
* Help update and manage the Centre diaries.
* Administer the centre's stationery and stock supplies.
* Open and close the Centre as delegated.
* Process invoices using Sage (training provided).
* Perform additional duties as assigned by the Centre Manager or Administrator.
An enhanced DBS disclosure will be required for this role.
