Deputy Director of Nursing, Quality & Patient Experience
Lead the organisation in developing a patient-centred culture, ensuring patients feel safe and confident, and their views are actively sought and acted upon. Address concerns compassionately, quickly, and professionally, aligning with the health board values. Manage the relevant corporate departments to execute the core responsibilities outlined within the Director of Nursing, Quality and Patient Experience function.
Actively oversee systems that seek and provide assurance that operational delivery units are fulfilling their responsibilities. Lead and manage complex, sensitive, and high-profile organisational cases and issues on behalf of the organisation. Participate in the on-call Executive Rota.
