About the Role As a Cover Supervisor, you will step into the classroom in the absence of the regular teacher, ensuring students remain engaged and on task with the work provided. Your responsibilities will include: Delivering pre-set lessons across a range of subjects Managing classroom behaviour and maintaining a positive learning environment Supporting students with their work and encouraging participation Ensuring school policies are followed at all times Providing feedback to teaching staff on student progress and behaviour No planning or marking is required—your focus will be on classroom management and student engagement.
