The Opportunity
A top-tier defendant practice is seeking a talented Solicitor (2–6 PQE) to join its highly regarded Motor Injury team in Manchester. The role offers the chance to work on complex, high-value matters for major insurer clients, alongside lawyers recognised as leaders in the field.
The Team
Led by a partner with more than 20 years’ experience, the team is known for handling some of the most challenging cases in the market. Work regularly includes:
* Catastrophic injury claims
* Fatal accident litigation
* Chronic pain and indemnity disputes
* Road Traffic Act and Health & Safety prosecutions
The Role
* Manage your own caseload of litigated personal injury claims (predominantly multi-track).
* Support partners and senior colleagues on high-value catastrophic injury cases.
* Build strong client relationships with major insurer clients.
* Contribute to the growth of a forward-thinking and ambitious practice.
Candidate Profile
* Qualified Solicitor with 2–6 years’ PQE in defendant personal injury litigation.
* Experience in motor or casualty claims desirable.
* Strong technical and analytical skills.
* Commercially aware, client-focused, and collaborative.
