KS2 Teaching Assistant – Rugby (Rural Primary School)
Duration: 1 day per week (Thursday) initially / Increasing to 4 days per week (Monday–Thursday) from May 2026 until the end of the academic year
Link3 Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced Key Stage 2 Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and supportive rural primary school in Rugby.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Teaching Assistant who has previous experience working across KS2, particularly supporting pupils with SATs preparation, and who is passionate about helping children thrive both academically and personally.
The Role:
* Supporting pupils across Key Stage 2
* Working with children preparing for SATs
* Providing classroom and small-group support
* Helping to create a positive, nurturing learning environment

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
* Relevant Teaching Assistant qualification (Level 2 or Level 3 or equivalent)
* Minimum GCSE (or equivalent) in Maths & English
* Previous experience working across Key Stage 2
* Experience supporting pupils during SATs
* A caring, patient, and proactive approach
* A genuine passion for supporting children’s learning and development
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
* Strong communication, empathy, and behaviour management skills
