JOB OVERVIEW
The role is an entry-level position responsible for supporting the Senior Product Manager in conducting user research, managing tickets, ensuring alignment between stakeholders and supporting the timely delivery of projects. This role is ideal for an individual seeking to build a foundation in product management and to gain hands-on experience in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Please note: This is for a fixed-term of 8 months. However, if the associated projects go well and the candidate exceeds expectations, this has a good chance of becoming a permanent role.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
* Basic technical understanding to engage with engineering teams and understand product constraints (coding experience not required but ideal).
* Familiarity with Agile methodologies and iterative product development processes.
THE STANDOUT CANDIDATE
* Can demonstrate their ability to solve real problems that matter to real people (whether this is through tech or some other creative means). This can be demonstrated through a portfolio or website that, ideally, takes us through your problem solving process.
* Has 1-2+ years experience working in a tech environment with either engineers or designers.
* Has familiarity with Figma and modern design frameworks
