Operations & Administrative Co-ordinator
Our Operations & Administrative Co-ordinator will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end operational admin function for Foodbridge FSG. The role will focus on customer fulfilment, stock management, best in class solutions to ensure effective finance processes and supply chain solutions.
Day to day
* Manage a growing team
* Ability to commute to Solihull to support office/ development kitchen operations
* Oversee stock holding within our cold stores and consolidated stores
* Oversee customer order process from point of order to invoice payment
* Query resolution
* Implementation of processes to ensure smooth running of all systems
* Assist with HR processes
* Maintain software packages
* Train team members
* Assist with all financial aspects of the business
What we are looking for
* Experience of managing a team
* Strong operational skills
* Hybrid job, ability to commute to Solihull
* Exceptional attention to detail
* Strong communication skills
* Ability to liaise confidently with all stakeholders
* Excellent excel skills and a knowledge of other office packages.
* Knowledge of sage preferable but not essential
* Trustworthy person who is discreet when dealing with confidential information
