About You: Degree-qualified in town planning or real estate. Effective leader with the ability to lead multidisciplinary consultant teams and engage effectively with local authorities and stakeholders. Experience managing commercial or mixed-use development projects post-acquisition through to planning and pre-construction. You are energised by seeing an idea evolve from a concept to a well-designed development and enjoy the complex challenges that come with this. Sharp commercial acumen, applying strong financial judgement across feasibility, viability assessments, and the negotiation of S106/CIL obligations to secure deliverable, value-aligned outcomes.
