Responsibilities:
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders
* Leading sourcing initiatives of varying scope—from routine contract renewals to complex strategic procurements—with minimal oversight
* Managing market tenders and coordinating cross-functional evaluation teams to support supplier selection
* Analyzing business needs and structuring commercial agreements that align with those requirements
* Negotiating with suppliers to secure optimal commercial and contractual terms
* Drafting contracts based on standard terms and conditions
* Cultivating productive, long-term relationships with key suppliers
* Utilizing established sourcing tools and processes to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery
* Identifying and implementing opportunities to generate savings and drive value through efficient and innovative sourcing approaches
Requirements:
* University-level education or equivalent; MCIPS certification is an advantage
* 5–10 years of experience in sourcing within professional services (Big 4 consulting, HR, contingent workforce, etc)
* Strong market understanding of Professional Services and the ability to leverage this knowledge to deliver maximum value
* Demonstrated experience managing large, multi‑million‑value and complex global procurement projects, covering all stages of the tender lifecycle
* Strong client and stakeholder orientation, with the presence and credibility to influence senior leaders
* Skilled negotiator with excellent communication abilities
* Strong understanding of contractual terms and the ability to draft contracts with limited need for legal support
