Take a look at the home: https://dovehaven.co.uk/our-homes/dovehaven-residential-home What You’ll Be Doing You’ll play a key role in helping residents feel safe, comfortable and cared for throughout the night whilst supporting the wider care team to deliver exceptional standards of care. This includes: • Delivering personal care with dignity and compassion • Supporting residents’ emotional wellbeing and independence • Managing and supporting the care team during your shift • Supervising and supporting less experienced staff • Ensuring care staff adhere to CQC guidelines and best practices • Promoting high standards of care throughout the home • Working closely with colleagues to maintain a safe environment • Accurately completing care documentation and handovers • Taking responsibility and using initiative when required • Supporting elderly residents with their daily care needs What Matters Most We will support you to be the best senior carer you can be.
