Salary: £37,928 per annum + 42% shift allowance
Shifts: 4 on, 6 off (includes days, nights, and weekends), 12-hour shifts

What You'll Do
As a Maintenance Technician, you'll be part of a dedicated team responsible for maintaining a wide range of assets, including mechanical and electrical CNC machinery, production equipment, paint shops, and chemical processing plants. You'll work on a shift pattern and report to the Maintenance Process Manager.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Carrying out both preventative and corrective maintenance tasks to ensure our equipment operates at its best.
Identifying and controlling hazards, always putting safety first in everything you do.
Understanding and following Safe Systems of Work and Risk Assessments, including dynamic risk assessments.
Recording your work in our Computerised Maintenance Management System.
Building strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
Continuously looking for ways to improve our maintenance processes and eliminate future breakdowns.
What We're Looking For
We're seeking candidates who are:
Time-served Maintenance Technicians or Fitters, or have equivalent experience.
Qualified to HNC level in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering (or equivalent).
Experienced in maintaining mechanical, electrical, or automated equipment.
Skilled in fault finding and problem diagnosis.
Able to read and follow maintenance procedures and schematic drawings.
Confident working with controls for hazardous environments (such as working at heights, with chemicals, electricity, stored energy, or in confined spaces).
