The role comprises undertaking Home Reports, Energy Reports, Mortgage Valuations, HomeBuyers Reports, Inheritance Tax Valuations, Legionella Risk Assessments and Retrofit Assessments (training and qualifications provided).
At HDG we use industry leading technology to assist us in carrying out our inspections efficiently. The role is home-based, however, each surveyor is part of a supportive local team who are frequently in contact. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with a drive to learn and assist the business in growing further.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver timely, factual, comprehensive Home Reports and Home Buyer Reports which are compliant with company policies.
* Deliver mortgage valuation reports to inform the lender of a property’s suitability for lending purposes.
* Provide accurate inputs to generate Energy Performance Certificates and Retrofit Assessments.
* Conduct dynamic risk assessments to manage onsite safety.
A successful candidate will:
* Be AccocRics of M/FRICS qualified.
* Registered Valuer with RICS or eligible
* Have a methodical and professional approach towards the role.
* Demonstrate a good customer service experience track record.
* Demonstrate effective written and oral communication skills.
* Be able to maintain efficient time keeping skills.
* Build strong relationships with clients and lenders alike
* Have a full driver’s licence.
