Salary:
Up to £80,000 per annum + 15% bonus
A market leading FMCG business is looking for a hands-on Supply Chain Finance Manager to join their site in Cambridge. This is a career-defining opportunity to join at an exciting stage of growth, playing a key role in spearheading the direction of the finance team, providing clear progression to Head of Finance, covering Operations & Supply Chain.

You'll work closely with Operations and senior leadership, turning factory and supply chain performance into commercial insight that drives smarter decisions and sustainable growth.
What You'll Be Doing
* Own and continuously improve end-to-end COGS reporting across raw materials, labour, overheads and logistics
* Act as the primary finance business partner to Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement and Technical teams
* Build and maintain robust product costing models for existing products, NPD and make vs buy decisions
* Deliver manufacturing and production analysis, including efficiency, capacity utilisation, waste and yields
* Embed finance into the S&OP process to align demand, supply and financial plans
* Drive working capital improvements through stock analysis and inventory optimisation
* Support supplier negotiations and ingredient cost changes with financial modelling
* Build and evaluate investment cases for automation, site improvements and capital projects

Your Background
* Experience in manufacturing, operations or supply chain finance within FMCG or a related environment
* Comfortable operating with autonomy and ownership
* Hands-on and practical, with the confidence to work closely with factory teams
* Strong business partnering skills, with the ability to influence, challenge and build trust
* Commercially minded, with strong analytical and communication skills
