We have a new and exciting role for a Campaigns Manager to develop, execute, and manage an efficient and effective marketing programme for homes and electricals.
Role Responsibilities
* Lead the marketing plan for homes and electricals.
* Develop and roll out the marketing calendar, including briefing promotions and product campaigns to the wider marketing team.
* Support creative briefs and content production in line with marketing plans and primary campaigns.
* Manage weekly product, content, and brand cross-functional meetings.
* Manage campaigns during Jan/Feb and July/August.
* Lead media partnerships for the campaigns team.
* Drive performance and market share for the Home category, ensuring plans meet sales targets.
* Enhance Freemans' reputation in Home through compelling storytelling.
* Deliver co-funded marketing activities in Homes & Electricals.
* Manage budgets for campaigns.
* Commit to achieving good outcomes for customers at all times.
* Ensure compliance with all applicable UK and local regulations, company policies, and FCA Conduct Rules.
* Demonstrate behaviors aligned with our company values.
* Take reasonable care for the health and safety of yourself and others affected by your acts and omissions at work.
