Are you an experienced 1-2-1 Learning Support with SEND experience looking for a new challenge?
I am currently recruiting for 1:1 Specialists who are based in Stratford upon-Avon to work with a local Primary school. The positions available will allow you to work 1-1 with Special Educational Needs & lower-level ability children who need dedicated consistent individuals to support them during their time in the classroom. I am looking for experienced support staff who can encourage, motivate, and support children so they can access the curriculum with ease. The children you will be supporting may demonstrate disruptive & challenging behaviour which is why we need confident learning support who are able to engage with the children and keep them on task.
The ideal candidate:
* Relevant qualifications or long-term experience of working with children on a one-to-one basis.
* SEN experience covering Autism and lower level ability.
* Able to communicate and build rapport with the children you support.
* Confident in communicating with the SENCO, leadership team and parents.
* Passionate about working with SEN children & dedicated to helping them thrive and achieve targets set in line with their individual education plan's (IEP).
* Meticulous when it comes to completing IEPs to ensure everything is covered and the child's accomplishments are recorded and rewarded.
* Provide references.
* Complete Enhanced DBS check.
