Following the remarkable success of Cloudlake, Company Director Dominic McLoughlin is spearheading a strategic initiative to scale our commercial operations through 2026 and beyond. We're now offering a rare opportunity for a hands-on, high-energy Sales Manager to take ownership of our account management function, driving performance, mentoring talent, expanding capabilities, and managing P&L.
As Sales Manager, you will report directly to the Company Director and play a pivotal role in revenue growth, customer expansion, and team development. Lead the full sales cycle : From prospecting and qualification to proposal delivery, contract negotiation, and post-sale handover
Grow new and existing accounts : Use whitespace mapping, gap analysis, and QBRs to identify opportunities
Manage and coach the Account Management team : Develop and implement account strategies : Collaborate with Business Development, Marketing, and Pre-Sales to ensure complete coverage and execution
Drive performance through regular meetings : Use CRM and sales analytics tools to provide actionable insights to leadership
Co-create go-to-market plans and support joint account initiatives
Act as a brand ambassador at events, trade shows, and customer meetings
Hire, train, and manage new team members to ensure alignment and high performance
Minimum 5 years’ experience in IT/MSP sales, including cybersecurity, data protection, cloud, and infrastructure services
Demonstrated success in managing and scaling high-performing sales teams with measurable revenue outcomes
Strong strategic planning capabilities with a track record of developing and executing sales and marketing plans
Proven ability to build trusted relationships with C-level stakeholders, clients, and partners
Hands-on leadership style—willing to work alongside the team and help close complex deals
Experience with CRM platforms (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics), pipeline forecasting, and sales performance analysis
Proficient with Microsoft Teams, Office 365, and other collaboration tools
Willingness to travel nationally and work flexible hours when needed
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
Competitive base salary up to £75,000
