Account Manager

R13 recruitment are working in collaboration with a dynamic and internationally-operating organisation in their search for a new hire to join their client management team. This role plays an instrumental part in the client journey, responsible for managing several key accounts focusing on retention and commercial growth. You will support internal teams to ensure service levels are being met and use your natural commercial acumen to ensure successful revenue results within your portfolio.
This is a full time, permanent position working hybrid and flexible full-time hours (35 weekly) from a prime Norwich city centre base.

The Day to Day:
3. Developing and maintaining professional relationships with your key accounts.
4. Identifying and exceeding against key business targets.
5. Seeking key opportunities to grow accounts commercial contributions.
6. Negotiating deals with key accounts to improve performance.
7. Developing growth plans in order to achieve commercial objectives.
8. Confidently pitching new opportunities/products/services.
9. Providing support to identify key trends and statistics.
10. Liaising with other teams in order to drive results.
11. Developing a solid understanding of the company interface, systems and technical solutions for clients.
You Will Have/Be:
12. Experience in an account management/client relationship-focused position.
13. Proven track record of building and maintaining professional relationships.
14. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, acting as a brand ambassador.
15. Ability to think outside of the box and work on initiative to achieve and exceed business targets.
16. A tenacious and outcome-focused approach.
17. Capability to analyse data and use relevant software.
18. The ability to spot trends and gaps in the market and to take appropriate action.
19. Driven to achieve and exceed sales targets.
