About the Business:
The Salvation Army manages its range of social services through four streams within an overall Social Mission team. The Housing stream is one of these streams, responsible for:

About the Role:
The Regional Housing Manager leads, manages, and supports all Housing staff within the region covering services delivered in: Kapiti, Wellington and the South Island. This role builds relationships with external and internal stakeholders. The manager advocates on behalf of regional housing services in all matters pertaining to safe service delivery, aligning with The Salvation Army (TSA) Territorial Strategic Plan and Mission Impact Framework.
The Regional Housing Manager oversees the ongoing implementation of professional, empathetic and effective housing services to those in need of housing solutions. This role is also accountable for fostering and sustaining a culture of interdependnt leadership and collaborative mission delivery across designated Housing teams.

21. Relevant tertiary degree qualification in Social Sciences or Health or practicing certificates are advantageous.

Hours of work: Permanent full time at 40 hours per week. Hours to be worker 8:30am-5pm Monday to Friday.
The starting salary for this role will fall between $120,000-$130,000 per annum.
