As Group Financial Controller, you'll play a pivotal role in scaling financial operations, driving automation, and supporting strategic growth initiatives including M&A and integration. Key Responsibilities: Lead group financial control, reporting, and governance. Drive cash flow, treasury, and working capital optimisation. Oversee audit, compliance, and tax strategy. Champion finance systems automation (Microsoft Dynamics 365). Partner on M&A due diligence and post-acquisition integration. Mentor and develop a high-performing finance team. What We’re Looking For: ACA (preferred) or ACCA qualified with post-qualification experience. Proven success in PE-backed or high-growth SME environments. Strong UK GAAP (FRS102/FRED82) and IFRS knowledge. Experience in finance transformation and systems implementation.
