Our Values:
We Care Group's Core Values of Family, Honesty, and Respect are the foundation of everything we do. Our plans and approach are tailored to each resident, embodying person-centred care in its truest form. The well-being of our staff is equally important. We are proud of our team of over 1,850 talented individuals. Besides being excellent at their roles, we want them to love what they do. We invest in their training, development, and well-being, enabling them to build rewarding careers and provide the personalized, specialist care that residents, their families, and friends expect.
About Us:

We strive to ensure all our homes provide a safe, homely, and happy environment for residents, making our homes truly their homes. Each of our 35 homes is unique, designed to meet the individual needs of our residents and to make the most of the home environment and surroundings.
