Responsibilities Supporting class teachers in the planning and delivery of lessons, ensuring all students are fully engaged and supported. Delivering lessons and leading small groups of students in focused learning activities to promote progress in key areas. Assisting with the assessment of students' learning and helping to monitor progress against individual goals. Providing support to students with additional learning needs, ensuring they receive the necessary interventions to succeed. Supporting the management of classroom behavior, helping to maintain a positive and productive learning environment. Experience and Qualifications An experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) with a passion for education and supporting children’s learning. Ability to deliver lessons and work independently with small groups of students. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents. Previous experience working in a school setting, with a strong understanding of the primary curriculum.
