Job Title: Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Learning Coach Location: Manchester / Wythenshawe Hours: Full-time (37 hours per week) Salary: £35,000 – £38,000 + £4,250 car allowance What You’ll Do * Deliver high-quality coaching and training sessions onsite in Manchester for refrigeration and air conditioning apprentices. * Travel and meet apprentices in their workplace and carry out coaching sessions. * Support learners throughout their apprenticeship journey, ensuring they meet milestones and achieve their qualifications. * Manage your own caseload of learners, ensuring timely progress and they meet deadlines. * Take responsibility for planning and managing your own diary effectively. * Provide constructive feedback and capture evidence for learning, achievement, and compliance with Ofsted and funding requirements. What We’re Looking For * Extensive refrigeration and air conditioning experience, ideally from working in the industry and/or with a training provider. * Someone who loves sharing knowledge and wants a role that combines fieldwork with learner support. * Excellent communication and organisational skills. * Ability to plan, prioritise, and manage workload effectively.
