Job Description:
Fram Search is working with a growing financial services firm that is looking to strengthen its approach to incident analysis and complaints handling. This opportunity is within the operations function and would suit someone with a strong background in investigations, reporting, and client communications.
The role involves investigating operational incidents, working closely with internal teams to identify root causes, and supporting the implementation of effective corrective measures. The role also includes producing incident trend analysis and commentary for operational leadership.
Additionally, this position manages the customer complaints process, including logging, acknowledging complaints, maintaining relevant registers and dashboards, and preparing clear responses. Collaboration with internal stakeholders to gather evidence, identify patterns, and improve processes is essential.
We seek candidates with experience in financial services, a methodical and analytical approach to problem solving, and strong communication skills, especially in drafting formal responses. Prior experience in incident analysis or complaints handling is advantageous.
