Our client is seeking a dedicated Senior Payroll and HR Coordinator to join their Head Office team in Norwich. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within an organisation that makes a real difference.

The successful candidate will play a key part in ensuring smooth payroll operations each month while supporting a wide range of HR activities.
Key Responsibilities
* Process end-to-end monthly payroll, ensuring legislative and contractual compliance
* Maintain employee and HMRC data within the payroll system
* Respond to payroll queries from staff and external partners, providing excellent service
* Administer salary sacrifice schemes, cycle-to-work, childcare vouchers, and other benefits
* Manage court order administration and ensure adherence to all regulations
* Keep accurate payroll records, including absence and sickness data
* Reconcile payroll spreadsheets, pension contributions, and general ledger entries
* Provide support and training on payroll systems and processes
* Build strong relationships with managers across the organisation
* Assist with onboarding and induction for new starters
* Maintain accurate HR records in line with GDPR and data protection requirements
* Support HR projects and contribute to a positive workplace culture
About You
* Previous experience in end-to-end payroll, ideally within a busy HR or Finance team
* Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
* Confident knowledge of payroll legislation and best practice
* Ability to manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
* A proactive, positive attitude and alignment with the organisation's values
