Offer description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Admin Assistant to join our friendly team. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently. The role entails working across multiple disciplines including health and safety, human resources, accounts administration and sales.


Key Responsibilities

* Accurately input supplier and customer invoices into our accounting system
* Proactively chase outstanding debtor payments in a professional manner
* Updating risk assessments, booking annual reviews and inspections and maintaining paperwork.
* Managing staff probation paperwork, gathering Right to Work information in line with current legislation.
