About the Role

We're looking for an enthusiastic and organised individual to join us as a Student Recruitment Officer to help inspire future learners and guide them on their journey from first enquiry to enrolment.

Your work will blend communication, problem‑solving, planning, admin, and relationship‑building. It's a role for someone who enjoys variety, thrives on people interaction, and can balance multiple priorities while keeping service quality high.

Key Responsibilities

* Deliver clear, high‑quality information, advice and guidance
* Respond to enquiries from students, parents and schools
* Represent the College at open events, taster days and careers fairs
* Visit schools and colleges to deliver presentations and workshops
* Support major recruitment events across all sites
* Maintain enquiry data and support analysis of trends
* Liaise with curriculum teams to ensure course info is up to date
* Manage version control of marketing and admissions materials
* Support with social media enquiry handling and content ideas



What We're Looking For


Must-Haves:
* Strong communication skills — confident with groups
* Excellent organisation and attention to detail
* Customer‑focused mindset
* Confident using Microsoft Office
* Flexible and friendly team player
Great‑to‑have:
* Marketing or business qualification
* Experience in education or IAG
* Understanding of post‑14 education routes
* Experience using social media for customer service
