Forrest Recruitment LTD are currently working in partnership with a well-established Commercial Law Firm who are seeking to recruit an experienced Records Management Supervisor to join the team.
The role responsibilities include:
1. Supervise and line manage the Record’s Management team across all of our locations.
2. Undertake Records tasks and activities as a member of the Records team.
3. Support management in Records related projects.
4. Travel to other offices where necessary.
5. Support management with monthly team activity and financial reporting.
6. Monitoring team performance and organising team daily duties and workloads.
7. First point of contact for team related queries.
8. First point of escalation for FE teams.
Experience required:
9. Experience of working in a fast-paced environment.
10. Demonstratable experience in managing a small team
11. Willingness to travel
12. Excellent IT skills, specifically in MS Excel and having a knowledge of a range of software packages.
13. Proactively seeks solutions to problems that may arise, and the ability to deal with issues independently and effectively
