Pay Rate: £83 – £95 per day

GSL Education are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming school in Staveley. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about making a difference in the classroom and helping students thrive.
As a Teaching Assistant, you will:
* Support teachers in planning and delivering engaging lessons.
* Provide one-to-one or small group support to pupils who need extra help.
* Assist with classroom organisation and behaviour management.
* Encourage participation and build pupils’ confidence in their learning.
* Monitor and record progress to support pupils’ academic and social development.
Requirements for Teaching Assistant:
* Previous experience working with children in a school or similar setting.
* A patient, supportive, and adaptable attitude.
* Strong communication and collaboration skills.
* An enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
* A full CV covering the last 10 years, including explanations for any gaps in employment.
