Responsibilities
* Design and deliver engaging, hands‑on courses tailored to the interests and needs of students aged 5‑16.
* Cultivate curiosity, critical thinking, and creativity in every lesson.
* Use the Cresconova Labs framework to plan lessons, ensuring they are student‑centered, project‑based, and inquiry‑driven.
* Tailor content to diverse learning styles and abilities, ensuring accessibility and inclusion.
* Create a welcoming and supportive classroom environment that encourages experimentation, learning, and teamwork.
* Provide feedback to students to help them build confidence and improve their skills.
* Demonstrate expertise in a subject area (e.g., Math, Philosophy, Social Justice, Humanities, Creative Writing, Digital media, Computer Science, GCSE coaching).
* Passion for working with youth and inspiring their creativity.
* Experience teaching.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with project‑based or inquiry‑based learning models.
* Background and degree in educational settings that emphasize diversity, equity, and inclusion.
