The successful candidate will provide legal and administrative support to solicitors, particularly in relation to court proceedings and case management. The role involves liaising with courts, counsel, witnesses, and clients to ensure legal processes are followed efficiently and effectively and will support solicitors during court proceedings and other tribunals.
Liaise with courts regarding case timetabling, filing of documents, and bundle preparation and coordinate with counsel and expert witnesses on statements and bundles.
They will draft basic applications under the Children Act 1989 and will attend court to support counsel and take detailed notes.
