Job Summary
Responsible for establishing and maintaining guest services, overseeing and ensuring proper Retail Sales Associate behaviors and practices to maximize sales and profitability through education, training, and mentoring of sales staff.
Oversee, manage, coordinate, and provide hands-on leadership for all areas of the store to meet or exceed company goals and standards. Develop a top sales team and create a selling culture that drives profitable sales.
Position location is to be determined, possible locations include Swansea MA, South Attleboro MA, or West Warwick RI.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
* Ensure outstanding guest service by providing a guest-friendly environment, greeting and acknowledging every guest, maintaining high standards, and possessing solid product knowledge.
* Maintain store environment reflecting company brand and procedures.
* Analyze business trends; develop plans to maximize sales and meet goals.
* Control shrinkage, expenses, and payroll.
* Ensure appropriate merchandise displays and signage.
* Compare shop results and recommend improvements.
* Review trends and implement changes to maximize goals.
* Ensure policy compliance through management meetings, store walk-throughs, and audits.
* Evaluate performance issues and actively recruit management and sales staff.
* Train and develop store personnel, coaching and building talent.
* Perform other duties as assigned, adhere to dress code, enforce store rules, and comply with security, confidentiality, and safety policies.
Management/Supervisory Responsibilities
Lead and develop Retail Sales Associates and Managers in Training, holding them accountable for goals and policies.

Qualifications
Must be a proven sales leader with at least two years of commission-based retail sales management experience, including inside commission sales. Proficient with Microsoft Office, social media, and smart devices.

Work Environment
Retail setting involving active movement, merchandise displays, and use of standard office equipment.
Physical Demands
Requires talking, hearing, standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, climbing, and lifting over 50 pounds. Vision requirements include close, distance, color, peripheral, and depth perception.
Position Type/Hours
Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and long hours.
Travel
Travel to headquarters or other stores, including overnight and air travel for conferences or market visits.
