Administrative Support Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to provide administrative support to our sales team. This role involves ensuring customer and supplier information is captured, accurate, and available for smooth service delivery.

As the essential link between our sales team and project office, your primary responsibility will be to process orders, manage customer communication, and maintain accurate records.

Key responsibilities include:
* Providing administrative support to the Sales team
* Ensuring customer purchase orders are received and processed efficiently
* Preparing orders for handover into the project office
* Setting up project tickets and managing supplier quotes
* Liaising with relevant departments to provide updates on orders
* Supporting pipeline and forecast management
