Home Manager — Ashley House Care Home (Cirencester, GL7 2ED) • Permanent • Full Time – 40 hours per week

About the role
Lead and inspire a multi-disciplinary team; provide outstanding, personalised care while prioritising residents’ needs and wellbeing. Manage all aspects of the home, identify business opportunities, and oversee budgets and operating profit. Ensure regulatory compliance and develop strong internal and external relationships to strengthen the Bupa brand with Local Authority and Primary Care Trust commissioners. You may need to work out of hours occasionally. You will also need to become registered with the regulator.
This role requires strong clinical knowledge and management capability, with a focus on continuous improvement, and a confident, influential leadership style.
What we’re looking for
* Strong clinical knowledge and a LMCS, RMA or equivalent management qualification
* Experience in a heavily regulated sector with commercial acumen and strategic thinking
* A track record of fostering continuous improvement in care environments
* Effective communication and a confident, influential leadership style

Ashley House is next to Cirencester Park, commutable by bus or car, offering nursing and residential care with specialist support for Parkinson's.
