£12.60/hr (+ £13.23/hr night premium) | £23,650 p.a. pro‑rata
About the Role
As a Supported Living Support Worker, you’ll help adults with complex physical and learning disabilities to live independently and on their terms.
* Live independently in their own homes or adapted small residential settings
* Access the community and enjoy activities such as shopping, cinema visits, football matches, and themed days
* Receive personal care and practical support, including mobility, medication, dressing, mealtimes, housework, and laundry
* Build confidence, independence, and a sense of belonging
What We Offer
* £12.60/hr (£23,650 p.a. pro‑rata) with £13.23/hr nightshift premium
* Fully funded SVQ qualification – yours for life
* Permanent contracts: 16, 19, 24, 26, 31.5, or 36 hrs/week; 12‑hour shifts available

* Experience preferred but not essential – full training provided

Shift Patterns
Days (typically 7am–2:45pm), Backshifts (2pm–10pm), Nightshifts (10pm–7am), over 7‑day rolling rotas. Weekend‑only or relief/bank roles available.

This role does not qualify for Skilled Worker visa sponsorship. Applicants must have the right to work in the UK.
