We require an office-based customer account manager who is self managing and well organised with the potential to use their great sales ability to earn more money and further their career….
Your goal is to maintain and grow your key account customers and to obtain continuous rapid growth and market share while ensuring company profitability and a positive return on investment for our organization.
Key Accountabilities
* Development - winning new customers not previously buying from us,
* Retention - maintaining your existing key accounts and current revenue stream
* Penetration - selling more to your key account customers.
Key Responsibilities
* You are responsible to grow your key accounts year on year
* Your growth will come from new customers, retention, and penetration through professional Key Account Management.
* You will report to your manager on a weekly basis your sales activity, key customers advancements and customer intelligence reports.
Essential Experience & Skills
* Minimum of 1 year of telesales or Account Management experience
* Good level of computer skills
* Self starter with strong initiative to make positive change within our business
* Fantastic communication skills
* Energetic team player
* Work with senior people within our organization
* Has a demonstrated proven track record of sales success
* The ability to multi-task
* Consistent positive attitude
* Proven objection handler
