Process credits and adjustments as needed. Maintain debtor reports and support credit control activities. Prepare and allocate daily bank reconciliations and cash reports. Support cash flow monitoring and forecasting. Assist the Accounts Manager with year-end audits and preparation of management accounts. Process supplier payments efficiently. Assist in data processing for time sheets, holiday entitlements and pensions.
