Job Title: Graduate Teaching Assistant
Location: Boston
Salary: £90 - £110 per day
Start Date: September 2025
Contract Type: Full time or part time

GSL Education is seeking motivated and passionate graduates who are eager to inspire young learners, develop their skills, and take the first steps towards a career in teaching or educational support.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the class teacher with daily lessons and activities
* Provide one-to-one and small group learning support
* Help promote positive behaviour and a supportive learning environment
* Assist in preparing resources, displays, and learning materials
* Support pupils with special educational needs (SEN) when required
* Engage in training sessions, staff meetings, and school events
Requirements:
* A degree in any subject – recent graduates encouraged to apply
* Interest in education and supporting young people
* Must live in the UK and have the right to work
* Positive, proactive, and able to work well in a team
* Experience with children is an advantage but not essential
