With significant expansion under way, they are looking for a Marketing Manager to take ownership of brand and growth marketing, delivering measurable impact and building a marketing engine that turns awareness into revenue.
The Marketing Manager will protect and amplify the brand while engineering campaigns that drive pipeline. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you’ll work closely with senior leaders and manage a small team to ensure every campaign not only raises awareness but delivers results.
Responsibilities
* Guard, grow and amplify the brand with integrated, multi-channel campaigns
* Lead demand generation through website optimisation, SEO and HubSpot CRM flows
* Manage and coach junior marketers while steering agencies and freelancers for ROI
* Balance brand-building with performance marketing to feed the sales pipeline
* Partner with senior stakeholders on launches, storytelling and growth initiatives
You Will Need
* Extensive marketing experience spanning brand and growth campaigns
* Hands-on CRM expertise (HubSpot preferred), including segmentation and reporting
* Strong commercial mindset with ability to link campaigns to revenue outcomes
* Proven track record in managing people, agencies and cross-functional projects
* Experience with content-driven growth, CRO and B2B/B2B2C sales cycles
