Salary: £12.21 per hour
Hours: 20 hours per week
Working Pattern: 3 out of 7 days, including evenings and weekends
Shift Times: Between 6:30 am and midnight
About the Role
Join the hospitality team at RNLI College, where your role will be central to delivering exceptional service in a dynamic and rewarding environment. We’re looking for a friendly and professional Waiting & Bar Staff member to support our food and beverage operations across a variety of service areas.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Serving food and beverages to customers to Aramark’s high standards
* Supporting bar and barista service
* Assisting with hospitality functions
* Preparing service areas and maintaining cleanliness
* Ensuring food hygiene and safety regulations are followed
* Storing food and equipment correctly after service
* Maintaining a professional appearance and positive customer relations
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking someone who:
* Has previous experience in customer-facing or food service roles (desirable but not essential – full training provided)
* Is 18 years or older
* Has the right to work in the UK and has resided for at least 3 years (security checks required)
* Has reliable transport due to limited public transport options near the site
* Is flexible and available for evening and weekend shifts
