Role Responsibilities
* Customer Service: Build strong relationships with landlords and tenants, ensuring smooth execution of all scheduled events.
* Viewings: Attend property viewings, engage with prospective renters, and close deals to exceed sales targets.
* Communication: Provide timely and relevant updates to all parties regarding viewings and appointments.
* Proactive Engagement: Identify opportunities to increase successful property viewings and conversions.
* Data Management: Keep accurate records and regularly update our CRM system.
* Problem Solving: Quickly resolve any issues that arise during the viewing and leasing process.
* Attend new site launches and new developments: Collaborate with our sales team in London to support these initiatives. Successful hires will complete onboarding in London.

What We Offer
* Salary: £25,000 basic + competitive uncapped commission (OTE £40,000+)
* Contract: Full-time or Part-time opportunities available
* Location: Daily travel across Manchester, Leeds, or Liverpool using public transport (no driving licence required)
* Working hours: Tuesday-Saturday, 9am-6pm (including evening viewings depending on demand)
