We are currently recruiting for an experienced Scheme Delivery Manager to join a long-term highways maintenance and improvement contract in Suffolk. This is a key role within a busy construction delivery team, overseeing multiple schemes and ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This position is ideal for a proactive construction professional with strong leadership skills and experience managing highway or civil engineering projects. The Role As Scheme Delivery Manager, you will take ownership of the delivery of multiple highway schemes, managing subcontractors, operatives, programmes, and performance across various workstreams. You will play a critical role in maintaining health and safety standards, programme control, commercial performance, and environmental compliance.
