Our client based in Burnham requires a part time Office Administrator (20-25 hours per week) on a temporary to permanent basis to start asap. There is flexibility on how you work the hours but ideally would be Monday to Friday 9.30am-2.30pm. Plenty of parking on-site. Lovely friendly team. Key responsibilities include: Supporting multiple projects with administration Arranging hotels, visa's and flights Collating data at the end of the project and reporting on internal database Ensuring the office area is maintained to the highest standard Answering minimal incoming calls and emails daily Ensuring office items such as stationary, milk, refreshments are readily available Arranging maintenance and office health and safety checks when required Key requirements: Very well organised Self starter Able to multi-task when required Work well under pressure Experience in an administrative support role This position will be temping for approx. 3 months before transferring to a permanent contract.
