Swap CAD models for coastal walks in the evening.
You’ll just be around twenty minutes from some of North Wales’ best beaches, in an office where you can design the future of residential living during the day.
This isn’t just another building services role.
Here, you’ll get the chance to lead from the front. You’ll shape electrical designs, mentor the next generation of engineers, and see your work realised across long-term projects with major clients. Stability, variety, and progression are all on the table.
What you’ll do
Take charge of designing power, security and lighting systems for residential buildings, covering RIBA stages 3 to 5. You’ll specify electrical equipment, making sure everything is efficient and up to standard.
You’ll also use advanced software to calculate and optimise your designs, giving you hands-on experience with the tools that matter most.
What you’ll need
* At least 5 years’ experience in building services design, so you’re confident in creating systems that work in the real world
* Strong commercial awareness, allowing you to balance performance with cost and deliver value to clients
* A desire to mentor others, as you’ll be helping junior engineers develop their skills
