Position Overview:
We're in search of dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to join our team. As a Teaching Assistant, you'll collaborate closely with teachers to support students' academic and personal growth. This role is your chance to make a meaningful difference in young learners' lives and contribute to building a nurturing, inclusive educational community.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons and implementing educational activities.
* Provide personalized support to students needing extra assistance.

* Help prepare teaching materials and resources.
* Support students with special educational needs (SEN) and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
* Collaborate with colleagues to assess student progress and development.
Requirements:
* Preferred experience working with children or young adults in educational settings.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* A compassionate, patient approach, with a genuine commitment to student learning.
* Ability to work well in a team and independently.
* Flexibility and adaptability in meeting diverse student needs.
