Personal Injury Solicitor Location: North Kent | Hybrid Working Considered A leading law firm is seeking a talented Solicitor with expertise in Personal Injury, ideally some Road Traffic Accident (RTA) and Credit Hire litigation to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated legal professional to manage a varied caseload and contribute to a dynamic department. The Role You will: Handle a caseload of litigated and pre-litigated RTA and credit hire claims Draft pleadings, witness statements and other court documents Negotiate settlements and liaise with clients, insurers and counsel Ensure compliance with legislation and procedural rules Provide commercially focused legal advice and robust representation Support junior team members when required Key Requirements Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with 2 years PQE Strong knowledge of RTA and credit hire litigation Experience across Small, Fast, Intermediate and Multi-Track cases Excellent drafting, negotiation and advocacy skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Desirable Skills: Familiarity with case management systems Strong organisational and time management skills IT literacy, including Microsoft Office Why Apply?
